1. You will need Google Earth - get it here earth.google.com/download-earth.html

2. You will need a fast internet link. The faster the better.

3. Click on one of the tours below and select "Open with Google Earth". (IE8 users will have to rename the download from .zip to .kmz.)

4. In Google Earth, locate the "Layers" pane (left bottom), expand Primary Database/Gallery/Tracks4Africa and select all of them, then expand Primary Database/More/Tracks4Africa and select all of them. (This is optional.)

5. Click on Tools/Options and set "Time Between Features" to 1.00 second, "Wait at Features" to 10.0 seconds and select "Show balloon when waiting at features".

6. In the "Places" pane (just above the "Layers" pane) click on "Play tour" (button in bottom right of pane).

7. Enjoy the ride. Moving the mouse pointer on the satellite image will cause the tour toolbar to be displayed. This allows one to pause, continue, rewind, etc.
