1995 300TDi Defender gearbox problem 

Hi All

I have acquired a 1995 defender that as a problem with the fifth gear. Where is the best place in western cape to take my landy for repair.

I had a major problem with the box on my Disco TD5 . Took it to Mike at da Gama Motors. Did a good job. Mike does know the R380 gearbox - which must not be done by someone who is not a specialist.
Dont know what your problem is - but if it is bearings (most likely ) , and you dont fix fast you could face a bill of R20 000.

Dont delay - get someone to diagnose fast.
